Self-care can be achieved by playing games or sports. Some people relieve their stress best when they’re constantly moving their bodies and participating in rigorous activities, so playing sports can be the best solution. But it could be done by playing online games on their computers, tablets, or cellphones.

Self-care can be achieved by spending quality time with loved ones. This can be anything from sharing stories and catching up over a meal to going on vacations together. Or it could be getting pampered with a friend. The point is that spending time with the people you love can count as self-care.

If you’re someone who enjoys being in the presence of the people you love, even when you’re not doing anything special, then you’ll benefit from the quality time. Removing Negativity in Life

Self-care can be achieved by removing the sources of toxicity and negativity from life. It could be as simple as unfriending or unfollowing people who spread baseless lies and make negative comments about everyone else. Or it could be burning bridges with the people who no longer deserve to be in your life.

The point is that you shouldn’t be afraid to cut toxic and negative people in your life because they will only hinder you from your full potential. If you’re already exhausted with your day-to-day routines as it is, you should save yourself the trouble of dealing with people who don’t deserve one bit of your energy.

There’s no right or wrong way to do self-care. If you have your own way of doing it, you shouldn’t force it upon others just because you think their way is wrong. Even if there’s a big difference between your way and theirs, you just have to accept that everyone is unique in their own way. So if they say that doing something improves their lives and helps them cope with their circumstances, just let them.
